Community of Practice: Critical Friendship Circle
A practical activity for educators who want to share classroom challenges, receive thoughtful feedback, and leave with one small action they can try in the next lesson or training session.
1. Present the challenge
One educator shares a real classroom or training challenge in three minutes. The group only listens.
2. Ask clarifying questions
Peers ask short questions to understand the context without giving advice yet.
3. Offer perspectives
Each peer offers one practical interpretation, resource, or strategy the presenter may consider.
4. Choose one action
The presenter chooses one realistic next step and writes it as a commitment.
5. Follow up
The group reconnects later to ask what changed, what worked, and what needs adjusting.
